These Terms govern all commissioned services.By submitting your request or paying a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

🔔｜Copyright & Usage Rights

The Creator retains all intellectual property rights to the 3D model. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the model solely for:

--Personal live streaming & content creation

--Non-commercial sharing on social media platforms

--Personal display & collection

Always attribute the Creator (name/link) when publicly displaying the model.

❌You may NOT resale, redistribution, or commercial use until commercial rights or a buyout are purchased.

🔔｜Commercial use includes (but is not limited to)

--Paid content creation

--Production and sale of merchandise

--3D printing and physical goods

--Corporate promotion and commercial advertising

Before purchasing the NDA service, I may still post commercially commissioned works on my own social media accounts and website for display purposes.In such cases, the commissioned artwork will include a watermark stating that the client is the legal owner of the work for commercial use.

🔔｜Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA)

WIPs(works in progress) and finished artwork may be shared on social media for portfolio purposes.

If you wish the work to remain confidential, an extra 50% of the base price will be required.

🔔｜Free revision allowance

Free adjustments are limited to two key review stages:

--After the complete head and textures are finished

--After the full model and textures are completed

You may submit multiple change points in each free revision round.

Extra revisions will be charged at $20 per round,with multiple adjustment points allowed each time.

💡Sudden change requests mid-production will heavily impact ongoing work and the overall schedule. Please kindly submit all your feedback fully during designated revision periods, and avoid last-minute adjustments halfway through production.

🔔｜Cancellation & Refund Policy

🔍Client Cancellation

Clients may cancel the commission at any time.

💡Deposit is non-refundable in all cases.

Refund percentages for the remaining balance will be determined based on project progress:

--Before work starts：100% refund (Deposit paid, production not initiated)

--Modeling phase：50%–80% refund (Calculated by completion rate)

--Texturing/Rigging phase：20%–50% refund (Calculated by completion rate)

--Final polishing phase：0% refund (Only minor adjustments left)

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or written notice.

🔍Creator Cancellation

If I need to cancel the commission due to personal reasons:

--All payments (including deposit) will be fully refunded.

--Alternative creator recommendations will be provided if possible.

--Extra compensation solutions may be offered depending on the situation.

🔍Special Circumstances

In case of unavoidable events (illness, family emergencies, etc.) that cause delays:

--I will notify the client promptly.

--A revised completion schedule will be provided.

--If the new timeline is unacceptable, a progress-based refund is available upon request.

🔔｜Disclaimer

🔍Compatibility Exclusion

The creator does not guarantee full compatibility of the model across all software and platforms. The client shall be responsible for verifying that the model functions properly on their intended software and seeking technical support for any compatibility issues.

🔍Reference Material Liability

The client must ensure all provided reference materials are legally compliant, and any legal disputes or infringement issues arising from unauthorized references shall be borne solely by the client.

🔍Limitation of Liability

The Creator shall not be liable for any indirect losses, consequential damages, economic profit loss, data damage or loss, as well as third-party claims, save for direct damages resulting from the Creator’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
